I was born in El Salvador, and moved to Des Moines, IA U.S.A in the summer of 1992. I have a passion for helping others and I would love to help in giving the children ofCornerstone a better future. I have been married for five years, and I love being involved with my community.  Therefore, I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to help with this wonderful organization.

For the past six and a half years I have worked in the financial industry; currently working as a statistical analysis and modeling specialist.  I also teach college level statistics.  I have a Bachelor‘s Degree in Actuarial Science, a Master’s Degree in Management, and currently working on my Master’s Degree in Statistics.   

I enjoy what I do, and I would love to use my leadership skills to help the children of Cornerstone.  It makes me very happy to learn we can help them with their daily needs and desires.  Working as a team will not only help us give hope to the children of Nigeria, but around the world.  I can’t wait to see what the future holds for these children!
